With a Masters of Leadership, a background in Nursing, and deep expertise in Change Management, Team Development, grief, and wellness, Donzy has spent decades helping people navigate what comes next, first professionally, and then in ways she didn't expect, personally.

She knows what it is to lose someone you can't imagine living without. She knows the quiet disorientation of watching a chapter close and not yet being able to see the one that's opening. She knows the particular loneliness of being someone who holds space for everyone else and rarely being held herself.

Donzy is, at her core, a connector. She loves people, the real, unpolished, still-figuring-it-out versions of them. She is comfortable in the messy, and she has spent her career creating safe spaces where people can slow down, strengthen their awareness of what they're feeling, and begin to find the words for it. That work, helping people name what's true and communicate it to the people around them, is where she is most alive.
